ABOUT
Grace Michelle Johnson (GMJ) is an artist who grew up in Loomis and Lincoln, CA. She is now currently residing in Tucson, AZ with some of her family and some furry plus feathery friends.
She spent roughly three years at Pima Community College after homeschooling before moving to Peoria, AZ where she graduated from Huntington University, AZ with a bachelors in Animation. During her college career, she has won multiple awards, including for her short film “Talking to the Planets!” as well as many other awards and/or nominations for other films she’s been a part of.
Her style is a mix of semi-realistic sci-fi and fantasy with a big emphasis on color. She loves to create art and stories that provoke deep emotions. She seeks to encourage people to ask questions that may lead them to better understand one another and hopefully, lead them to consider the Lord Jesus Christ.
Grace is currently building a portfolio for 3D Rigging to help her break into the industry of animation. With this career path, she also hopes to one day be able to create her passion project: “The Mechnicians.” (See “Consolation” to get a glimpse of the story).
